Frequently Asked Questions

When do I get my photos?

About 10 days AFTER your anniversary day. If you signed up on the 3rd of the month, then the 3rd will be your anniversary day. You will receive your photos about 10 days AFTER your anniversary day each month as we need time to print your photos and mail them. This means your monthly deadline to send us your photos is your anniversary day.

How do I change my monthly subscription package or my billing information?

Log in and select Update Package, Update Billing, or Update Shipping in your account page.

What differentiates “PHOTOS in the MAIL” from the other providers in the marketplace?

(1)Quality, (2)Quality, and, you guessed it, (3)Quality. We utilize a high-end printing process and use the highest grade equipment and photo paper that you can get anywhere. With proper care, your pictures will be preserved for over 100 years. Other providers? Less than 5 years!

What if I send you MORE pictures than my plan allows?

Great question! We will print as many pictures as you send us at an overage rate per picture that reflects your pricing plan. So, if you are on the $ 3 plan, we will charge you 60 cents for each additional picture. Overage pictures are 50 cents each on the $ 6 plan and 37.5 cents each on the $ 9 plan.

What sizes options do the pictures come in?

You can get the pictures in any size you want – as long as it is 4 inches by 6 inches (sorry, that’s our poor effort at being humorous).

When can I cancel?

You may cancel anytime. We offer our service on a month-to-month basis.
